From Farm to Table - How it All Works!
Our farm-to-table distribution model works by taking online orders here on this website and then delivering your order to a established Honored Prairie Buying Club pickup location. Here's how it works...

During our checkout routine, you will be asked to choose the Honored Prairie Buying Club pick-up location nearest you.
(No need to be a prior member of our buying clubs - once you order, you're automatically a member and there's no membership fees.)

When your pick-up date arrives, you will need to meet us at the exact pickup location and time that you selected when placing your order. Full payment will be due at this time via CASH or CHECK ONLY.

- Be sure to order enough to last!
We only deliver to most of our buying clubs every 4 to 8 weeks so you will want to order at least a months supply of product or more.
This will also help cut down on your delivery fee. For example you can cut your per pound delivery fee in half by simply ordering 75 pounds or more!
- Don't Forget to Mark Your Calendar!
Be
sure to mark your calendars for your order pickup date and precise time of day! If you show up late, our delivery truck will already be headed to the next stop :(
- Bring CASH or a CHECK to make full payment when picking up your order.
We do not require any payment when you place your online order because of the fact that we will not know your exact order weight and total price until our animals our harvested and your order is packed, weighed and loaded on our truck.
- Understand Estimated Pricing
Be aware that the total price that our shopping cart gives you at checkout is an ESTIMATE ONLY. BE prepared to pay a little more or less for your order than what your shopping cart receipt has estimated. We do our best to give accurate estimates!
- Understand Our Cancelation Policy
10% of you total estimated order will be due on ALL orders that are not picked up on time or canceled within less than 2 weeks of your scheduled pickup date. If you miss your pickup date we will give you a second chance but if this occurs more than once, we will not be able to accept any further orders from you.
